Redefining the High-End Catamaran Sailing Market The Heysea Yachts Seaview 75 Catamaran Sailboat Successfully Completes Internal Sea Trials

2026.05.12

Recently, the Seaview 75 luxury catamaran sailboat, independently developed and built by Heysea Yachts, successfully completed its internal sea trials. The yacht demonstrated world-class performance in navigation efficiency, handling stability, and overall sailing condition, marking a significant milestone as Chinese manufacturing as she successfully enters the high-end catamaran market for yachts over 70 feet.

The Heysea Seaview 75 catamaran perfectly merges Italian elegance with Heysea’s renowned engineering and superyacht craftsmanship. She presents an elegant and commanding exterior, while the interior layout is inspired by a European lifestyle concept.

On the main deck, an open galley is integrated into the salon, featuring a Western-style island counter, a 75-inch ceiling-mounted drop-down TV, a surround Dolby sound system, and a convertible dining/coffee table in the sofa lounge area. The flybridge is equipped with a BBQ station, Jacuzzi, and sunbathing lounge, fully capturing the essence of the ocean lifestyle.

The lower deck houses a full-beam owner’s suite and four guest cabins, each with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower room, wardrobe, and lift-up television. Following European yachting standards, the yacht also includes a captain’s cabin, two independent crew cabins, and a dedicated crew dining area.

Heysea has pioneered the application of superyacht-level craftsmanship to large catamaran sailboats. Expensive and complex-to-install marble is used extensively throughout the 75-foot catamaran, with large sections of imported Calacatta marble applied on the island counter, bathroom walls, and vanity surfaces. All salon sliding doors, railings, and handrails are crafted entirely from imported 316L stainless steel, offering a markedly more luxurious finish compared to conventional aluminum alloy alternatives.

To ensure the structural strength required for blue-water voyages, the hull is vacuum-infused in a single molding process, and all bulkheads are fully fiberglass-bonded rather than adhesive-fixed, delivering superior mechanical performance and enhanced structural integrity.

In addition to luxury craftsmanship, this 75-foot catamaran incorporates advanced energy technologies and intelligent onboard systems, further highlighting Heysea’s innovation in high-end sailing yachts.

Building on the strong success of Heysea’s 60-foot catamaran in European and American markets, the Seaview 75 is a major upgraded masterpiece, fully showcasing Heysea’s expertise in design, engineering, and superyacht construction. Following successful internal sea trials, the yacht has now entered the interior installation phase, with official sea trials planned for the end of this month, ahead of customs clearance, export, and delivery to an overseas client.

The second hull of the same model has already been demolded and is now in the piping and systems installation phase. Delivery to a European client is planned for 2027, with appearances scheduled at major European yacht shows.

The success of the internal sea trials also marks a further expansion and enhancement of Heysea’s catamaran and power catamaran lineup. Together with the company’s superyacht series, these products form a dual-track growth strategy, showcasing the strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing to the global high-end yacht market.
