Heysea Delivers SV 80 Sailing Catamaran

On 8 October 2026, the Heysea SV 80 completed export customs formalities at Xinhui Port and departed China under her own power following delivery. The sailing catamaran brings Heysea’s superyacht construction experience to another completed yacht, demonstrating the capabilities of Chinese yacht building.

SV 80 combines exterior and interior styling by international designers with Heysea’s engineering expertise and superyacht craftsmanship. Design and construction come together to create a yacht that balances practical living with refined aesthetics.

Years of building superyachts have shaped Heysea’s approach to materials and workmanship. From the selection of interior stone and metal fittings to the structural connections between hulls and bulkheads, attention extends beyond visible finishes to the construction beneath them.

SV 80 also incorporates solar power and lithium-battery energy storage into her onboard systems. These technologies complement the generous living spaces of a sailing catamaran, bringing together contemporary comforts and the pleasure of sailing.

The delivery marks a further step in Heysea’s development of large sailing catamarans. It brings the work of designers, engineers and construction teams together in a finished yacht, with an emphasis on quality, comfort and the practical demands of life at sea.

Following orders for five catamarans at the Cannes Yachting Festival, the delivery of SV 80 adds to the momentum of Heysea’s catamaran business. Across sailing and power models, Heysea continues to combine its superyacht construction experience with a growing range of yachts for international owners.

For Heysea, securing an order is the beginning. Earning lasting trust means carrying the same commitment to quality through construction, delivery and ownership. With each yacht delivered, Heysea gives more owners the opportunity to experience its craftsmanship—and the quality of Chinese-built yachts—for themselves.
